Shipping and delivery

Deliveries continue to be made in ALL of our usual delivery countries (see below). Due to the high volume of our logistics companies, there may be delays in delivery times of 1-3 working days. 

Delivery is contactless in most countries. It happens that the deliverer does not ring. However, the package may already have arrived. Please note the shipment tracking sent by us and look in front of your door to see whether the package has already arrived.

Our articles are delivered to Austria, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Malta, Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom and Cyprus.

 1. SHIPPING

For shipping, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of:

The shipping costs to Germany are 6,95 EUR and to Austria 5,95 EUR. Delivery to Germany and Austria is free of charge for goods valued at more than € 99!

The shipping costs to Italy are 7,95 EUR. From 99,00 EUR the delivery is free of charge.

To all other countries: EUR 12,95.

Please note: When shipping to Switzerland can further fees and costs for the import apply. Please contact us innsbruck@dolomite.at. The shipping costs for Switzerland are EUR 12,95.

Should the amount fall below the minimum order value for free shipping after the goods have been returned, the amount of the shipping costs will be deducted from the repayment amount.

We will inform you about promotions for free delivery directly with the product.

Please note that there are also customs exclusion areas in the EU, such as the Canaries. Customs may charge additional fees here. These are to be paid by the recipient.

 2. DELIVERY TIMES

In the product description, we indicate the availability and delivery time for each item. This depends on whether we have the product in stock or have to reorder it from our suppliers. That means: your package is from the time of your order with you, if

  • Immediately available = with you in Austria and Germany in 1-3 working days
  • Immediately available = with you in all other above-mentioned countries in 2-5 working days

The total delivery time of your order is based on the product with the longest delivery time. If you don't want to wait, we recommend that you combine all products with the same delivery time in one order. Note: The applicable shipping costs apply to each order.

 3. SHIPPING INFORMATION

The dispatch takes place via GLS. A delivery to Post Boxes is not possible.

 4. DELIVERY

The delivery is carried out by the logistics service provider named under 3. SHIPPING. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the package will be deposited with the respective service provider. You will then find a delivery notification in the mailbox for collection at a GLS Service Point with details of the address and the period of deposit. Please pick it up within the specified period with this notification or instruct someone to pick it up for you (with power of attorney). Otherwise the package will be sent back to us! 

 5. FOLLOW-UP

You can track the shipping route of your parcel at any time with parcel tracking. We will send you your shipment number and the corresponding link with the shipping confirmation by email. 

 6. COLLECTION

You can also pick up your order in our DOLOMITE branch in Kaufhaus Tyrol, 3rd floor during opening hours. The provision of stored goods takes place after 1 hour from receipt of your order. Please note any restrictions due to COVID-19.
